Allison Meriwether

Allison Meriwether’s works examine the assemblage of influences on identity and explore deeper self-expressions, focusing on capturing themes in emotional experiences and storytelling. Allison attended graduate school at New York University and Long Island University to obtain a master’s degree in fine arts. She now creates full-time in her Knoxville studio while also teaching high school art students. Her work has been shown throughout the US as well as exhibited internationally.
